Water Pressure and Rodents

I'm a little concerned that there's a small, dead rodent in my shower head.

You see, a few weeks ago, the water pressure in my shower mysteriously dropped. Then, for a little while, it was back to normal. Then, it dropped back down, and hasn't recovered since. My shower head has three "modes" of dispensing water, and the other two seem to have adequate water pressure. Furthermore, the water coming from the faucet when the shower's off looks to have the same pressure it always did.

Curious...

Curious, indeed. While I was showering this morning, I was contemplating what could be causing this phenomenon. Then, for some reason, my mind wandered to some scene in some movie or television show I saw an undetermined amount of time ago where a rat is crawling through a pipe. Then I thought the following:
